Terms of Service & User Agreement

NFL Edge is an information and analytics product. We publish statistical model projections, market comparisons, expected-value estimates and suggested stake sizes. We are not a sportsbook, we never accept or place wagers, we never hold your money for betting, and we are not a financial or investment adviser.

Every projection, pick, rating, edge, unit recommendation and historical record on this site is an estimate based on past data. Past performance does not predict future results. Betting involves real risk of losing money.

You alone decide what to bet, how much to bet and where to bet it. NFL Edge is not responsible or liable for any bet outcome, loss of money, missed opportunity, incorrect odds, incorrect line, stale data, downtime, or any other direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to view sports betting information where you live. You are responsible for knowing and following the gambling laws of your own jurisdiction.

Paid memberships are billed in advance through our payment processor. The monthly plan renews every month and the season pass renews each season, automatically, at the then-current price, until you cancel. Prices may change with notice before a renewal.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial periods, unused time, and periods in which you did not use the service. This applies to monthly and season memberships alike.

You may cancel at any time from the Membership page — no phone call or email required. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and no refund is issued for the remainder of that period.

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Memberships are for one person; sharing, reselling, scraping, redistributing or republishing our picks, data or model output is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

Schedules, scores, injuries, weather and sportsbook prices come from third-party sources. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Always confirm the actual price and line at your sportsbook before betting. We do not control and are not responsible for any sportsbook, its pricing, its payouts or its account decisions.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, model version, pick type or plan at any time. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to NFL Edge is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
